Accessibility Statement

SealedMail accessibility statement. We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA.

Version 1.1 - last reviewed 15th June 2026

This statement applies to the SealedMail website at sealedmail.co.uk, operated by Shaun Cooke, trading as SealedMail.

Our commitment

SealedMail wants everyone to be able to use this website. The site is built and maintained with the aim of meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA. In practice, that means working towards a site where you can:

  • navigate using only a keyboard;
  • use the site with a screen reader;
  • zoom to 200% without loss of content or function;
  • read text with sufficient colour contrast; and
  • understand content written in plain English.

Plain English is central to everything SealedMail produces - the same principle applies to this website.

Known limitations

This section will be completed following a full accessibility review of the live site. Areas under review include: Ghost theme keyboard navigation and focus states; colour contrast of theme defaults; alt text on all images; embedded form labelling and keyboard operation; and the accessibility of health check certificate outputs delivered by email.

If you encounter an accessibility issue before this review is complete, please report it using the contact details below.

Accessible formats

If any content on this site, or any SealedMail report or certificate, is not accessible to you, email [email protected] and an accessible format will be provided where reasonably possible.

Reporting a problem

If you find an accessibility problem with this website, please report it to [email protected]. Reports are responded to within service hours (Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 UK time) and genuine problems are fixed as a priority.

Enforcement

The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) is responsible for enforcing the accessibility requirements of the Equality Act 2010. If you report a problem to SealedMail and are not happy with the response, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS): equalityadvisoryservice.com.
