Billing questions

Does the price include VAT?

SealedMail is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. £39 is the complete monthly price per domain.

How do I pay?

By card, through Stripe - monthly, in advance. SealedMail never sees or stores your card details.

Can I monitor more than one domain?

Yes. Each domain is its own £39/month subscription. Subscribe for as many as you need, and cancel any of them independently.

Is there a contract or minimum term?

No. It's a rolling monthly subscription. Cancel any time; it takes effect at the end of your billing period.

Do you offer refunds?

There are no pro-rata refunds for partial months. If the service has materially failed, a partial refund may be given at SealedMail's discretion - see the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
