Pricing
Two simple tiers, billed per domain. Active for domains that send email; Parked for non-sending domains you are defending from impersonation. Pay monthly, or save with annual. No setup fee, no contract, and no VAT added (SealedMail is not VAT registered).
Which one? If a domain sends any email, it needs Active. Parked is only for domains you never send from. Not sure? Choose Active, and we will move it to Parked if it turns out dormant.

Out-of-hours support

Billing questions
Does the price include VAT?
SealedMail is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. £39 is the complete monthly price per domain.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe - monthly, in advance. SealedMail never sees or stores your card details.
Can I monitor more than one domain?
Yes. Each domain is its own £39/month subscription. Subscribe for as many as you need, and cancel any of them independently.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No. It's a rolling monthly subscription. Cancel any time; it takes effect at the end of your billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
There are no pro-rata refunds for partial months. If the service has materially failed, a partial refund may be given at SealedMail's discretion - see the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
