About SealedMail
SealedMail is run by one expert: the same person who built the service, reads the data, writes your reports and answers your emails.
Who’s behind SealedMail
I’m Shaun Cooke, and I’ve spent fifteen years managing IT infrastructure across complex, high-stakes environments, most recently within a large UK university, where email security, DNS integrity and compliance reporting are anything but optional.
Working at that scale, I saw the same problem repeat itself: DMARC data was being generated in abundance, but almost nobody could read it. Aggregate reports landed in inboxes as raw XML, monitoring platforms cost more than most small businesses could justify, and the gap between “we have a DMARC record” and “we actually understand what’s happening to our domain” was enormous, and dangerous.
SealedMail exists because that gap shouldn’t exist. Small and mid-sized UK businesses, especially those in regulated sectors, deserve the same visibility into their email security posture that a university IT team takes for granted. They just shouldn’t need a dedicated team to get it.
When you email SealedMail, you’re emailing me. When your report arrives on a Monday morning, I’ve read the data behind it. That accountability isn’t a limitation of being a sole trader, it’s the point.
Why one person is a feature, not a limitation
No ticket queues, no offshore support desk, no account manager learning the product as they go. Every email goes to the person who built the service.
Regulated businesses are asked to know their suppliers. SealedMail’s answer is unusually simple: one named individual, one UK business, full visibility. The supplier information sheet for your due-diligence file is available on request.
The person who analyses your DMARC data is the person who writes your report. What you read is a first-hand expert interpretation, not a templated summary.
What working with SealedMail looks like
Day to day, it’s quiet, and that’s the point. Your report arrives every Monday. If it needs your attention, it says so in plain English. If you have a question, you email [email protected] and you get an answer from me the same working day. There are no upsells, no check-in calls, and no platform to maintain. The service commitments are written down in full in the Service Level Agreement.
